I'm not sure what @chele999 put in this carpaccio (I heard burnt butter, among other things) -- but in the end, who cares what he put? Haha! It's delicious! So much win: crab in "comfort curry" and coconut milk with fragrant basmati rice. Yummeh! Playing with balls - frozen cream, white chocolate and mango 😁 Rock n roll, baby!🙌🏽 This gent is easily one of the most engaging chefs I've met. Must make a beeline and try to get into #Gaggan in Bangkok! This lunch was crazy, chaotic and also FUN!
